Welsh crooner and legendary music artist, Tom Jones' music has stood the test of time. To this day, he continues to bridge the so-called generation gap in music. Some of his songs could be categorized in music shelves as 'standards' like "It's Not Unusual", "What's New Pussycat", "Delilah", "Green, Green Grass of Home", "She's a Lady"; while at the other end of the music spectrum, his monster hits like "Kiss", "Burning Down The House", and Sexbomb" could be found under the dance category. He started his career in the mid 60s as front man of 'Tommy Scott and the Senators', til he moved to a bigger and brighter limelight as a solo artist. From there, he achieved a whopping 36 top 40 hits in the UK, and 19 in the USA, and selling over 100 million records from different parts of the world. From his countless awards, his notable recognitions include a Grammy Award for Best New Artist in 1966, an MTV Video Music Award in 1989, and two Brit Awards, winning Best British Male in 2000 and Outstanding Contribution to Music in 2003. From 2012 to 2016, he helped young aspiring artists acheive and unleash their potentials by being one of the four coaches from the TV reality talent show The Voice UK.
