A workaholic father, Mr Banks, is eager to foster decorum in his excitable children, and subsequently decides to employ a nanny. Learning of their father's plans, Jane and Michael write an advert of their own, but Mr Banks is unimpressed. Exasperated, he tears the paper to pieces before throwing it into the fire, and drafting his own advert for a serious nanny. However, mysteriously, on the day of the interviews all but one of the candidates blows away in an unusual hurricane, leaving Mary Poppins, who is holding a reassembled piece of paper…
