When you think 80s, the movie and the music of Footloose will definitely come to mind. The Oscar-nominated movie soundtrack that churned out mega hit songs — the title track "Footloose", the giddy-school girl ditty "Let's Hear It For The Boy", love duet that will make your hearts flutter "Almost Paradise", the fierce and gritty "Holding Out For A Hero", and a whole lot more! It created such an impact among generation-Xers, that it is now considered a runaway classic.

On October 22, 1998, Footloose The Musical opened on Broadway with a run of 709 performances in a span of two years. Since then, the stage lights haven't dimmed as "Footloose" continues to be performed from theater halls to high school musicals in different parts of the world.

In a nutshell, "Footloose" is about a city boy who lives to dance. Until he and his mother moved to a sleepy and ultra conservative town where dancing is strictly prohibited. He continues to dance, he rebels, he falls in love, and everybody wants to kick him out of town together with 'the devil's music' and his devilish moves… will dancing save him, or will dancing awaken everyone's hearts and minds?

Journey back to the awesome 80s. Get on your feet as all roads will lead to the stage of "Footloose". Don't get caught in the frenzy. Better get your tickets now!
